‘Yes I Do’ Essentials
£2,000
For special elopements or for intimate weddings with up to 10 guests. We will get you started with the all the requirements needed for a small wedding where your day will run smoothly.

- Monthly zoom call leading up to your event.
- Hunting your venue setting for your ceremony and assistance with booking.
- Pre-wedding meeting to finalise details at location.
- Time-line created for the day.
- Assistance with booking photographer, flowers and musician.
- English speaking Celebrant for a symbolic ceremony, with ceremony agreed between you and created in a personal way.
- Commemorative certificate if required
- On the day assistance co-ordinator for four hours.
‘Making it Happen’

Your wedding planner is literally your PA in Italy, giving you honest help and supporting you throughout your year or more planning period through to making it happen on the day.

- Venue search to help you find your dream venue, making appointments for visits.
- Wedding planner check list sent to you.
- Budget sheet checker.
- Checking availability for reception and all pricing, rental fees and accommodation.
- Arranging caterers, menus, floor plan, drinks packages, music facilities etc.
- Handling your wedding booking from start to finish for your wedding day.
- Attendance and over-seeing pre wedding event.
- Regular prompts via email, telephone, on-line, WhatsApp group with flexible hours.
- Working with you to create floral theme, colour, style for complete ‘look’ of your wedding.
- Sourcing reputable suppliers to fit your requirements and budget.
- Guidance in making final selections and checking contracts.
- Assistance with payment schedule.
- Development of detailed time-lines, for guests and for suppliers.
- Follow up on-line calls with suppliers before your big day.
- Run-through meeting, ceremony rehearsal and visit to venue usually day before your wedding.
- On the day co-ordination and supervision from arrival of suppliers and briefing them, through to end of the evening take-down, co-ordinating end of event transport.
- Follow up after your wedding day (ie delivery of photos, videos) – up to six months.
‘VIP La Dolce Vita’

- Personalised travel wedding dress box (to be posted to your home address in UK).
- Organising site inspection of one or more venues & meeting you at one venue (dates permitting) and preparing your itinerary.
- Prosecco DOC toast at your welcome meeting with your Planner before your event.
- Personalised Wooden ring bearer box (pre-order in advance in time for your ceremony).
- Organisation of pre-wedding and/or after wedding event with presence of co-ordinator at the events, to include set-up, timings, menus.
- Assistance with hotel bookings and transfers for guests.
- Booking of couple’s VIP transport, boats, limo’s, helicopter and the necessary co-ordination.
- Assistance with special honeymoon recommendations and bookings in Italy and some extra special surprises in your rooms.
- Day after - on the first day of your married life enjoy a local experience – depending on where you are married and availability, it may be local wine-tasting experience – a time for you to relax and enjoy and look back on your wedding day (a two hour experience just for two) and will depend on local availability at a value of £300.
